2. Orders are shipped out every single weekday with the help of our amazing team! Please allow 48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.Please check your junk/spam folder if you are waiting to receive your tracking number/confirmation.We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.All unclaimed / undeliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense. Necteur is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended. Necteur skin does not ship to PO Boxes to countries other than Australia.

Necteur do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to the nature of our personal care products.
